Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for tours, especially during peak season (March-June, September-November). Transport services can often be arranged with 2-3 weeks notice.
What deposit is required?
A 30% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your adventure begins. We accept bank transfer and all major credit cards.
Can I bring my own motorcycle?
Absolutely! Use our transport service to ship your bike from the UK, or ride it down yourself. We also have a fleet of well-maintained Enduro and Adventure bikes available for hire.
What’s included in tour prices?
Tours can include accommodation, breakfast, expert guide, support vehicle, and route planning. Some tours include additional meals. Full details are provided with your quote.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations more than 60 days out receive a full refund. 30-60 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: deposit forfeited. We’re flexible where possible—just talk to us.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, comprehensive travel and motorcycle insurance is required. We can recommend providers who specialise in adventure motorcycle cover if you need suggestions.
