1. About This Site
MotoSol Adventures provides adventure motorcycle tours, off-road training, motorcycle transport, workshop services, and bike storage in Spain. The Site provides information about our services and allows you to make enquiries via our contact form. The Site may be updated or changed at any time without notice.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:
- Misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access
- Send spam, harmful, or misleading content via our contact form
- Upload or transmit malware or anything that may harm the Site or other users
We may restrict access to the Site if we believe it is being misused.
3. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability. Submitting an enquiry via the contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking or contract. A booking is confirmed only when we have accepted your request and received the required deposit.
- A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking
- The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour, training, or service date
- We accept bank transfer and all major credit cards
- All prices are quoted in GBP or EUR as indicated and include VAT where applicable
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 60 days before the start date: Full refund
- 30–60 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before: Deposit forfeited
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to adverse weather conditions, insufficient group numbers, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Participant Requirements
- You must hold a valid motorcycle licence appropriate for the activity booked
- Comprehensive travel and motorcycle insurance is required for all tour and training participants
- You must disclose any relevant medical conditions before participating
- Riders must follow all safety instructions given by MotoSol guides and instructors
- The consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during any riding activity is strictly prohibited
6. Assumption of Risk
Motorcycle riding, particularly off-road riding, carries inherent risks including the risk of injury or damage to property. By participating in any MotoSol tour, training session, or activity, you acknowledge and accept these risks. MotoSol takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, but cannot eliminate all risk.
7. Content and Accuracy
We endeavour to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date, including tour descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we do not guarantee it will always be correct, complete, or available. Tour routes, itineraries, and accommodation may be subject to change. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site (including text, images, branding, and design) is owned by or licensed to MotoSol Adventures. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content for commercial purposes without written permission.
